This Privacy Policy explains how the Lullabies & Sounds mobile application (the “App”) handles information. The App is published by 22RedStudio (“we”, “us”). We built Lullabies & Sounds to be a calm, private space for sleep — and our approach to your data reflects that.
1. Information we collect
We do not collect personal information. The App has no servers of its own, requires no sign-up or account, and does not transmit your data anywhere. The App does not gather your name, email address, location, contacts, or any advertising identifiers.
2. Data stored on your device
To work the way you expect, the App saves a small amount of information locally, in private storage that only the App can read:
- Your recordings & imported sounds — audio you record with the microphone or import is saved in the App’s private folder on your device.
- Preferences — such as your chosen theme, your favourites, and sleep-timer settings.
- Usage counters — a simple local count of how many tracks have been played, used only to decide when to show the in-app prompt about the full version. This number never leaves your device.
This information is never uploaded. It is removed when you delete the relevant item in the App, clear the App’s storage, or uninstall the App.
3. Microphone
The App can record audio only when you choose to start a recording in the “My Recordings” section. Recordings are saved locally on your device and are never sent to us or any third party. The microphone is not used at any other time, and the App does not record in the background.
4. Permissions
The App requests only the permissions it needs to function:

5. No analytics, ads or tracking
The App contains no third-party analytics, advertising networks, or tracking software development kits. We do not build a profile of you and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
6. Links to Google Play
The App may show a button linking to the full version on the Google Play Store. Following that link opens Google Play, which is operated by Google and governed by Google’s Privacy Policy. We do not share any information with Google through this link beyond opening the store listing.
7. Children’s privacy
Lullabies & Sounds is designed to be used by parents and caregivers for young children. Because the App does not collect, store remotely, or transmit any personal information from anyone — including children — it does not knowingly gather data from children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). The App contains no advertising and no in-app data collection directed at children.
8. Data security
Because your data stays on your own device in the App’s private storage, it is protected by your device’s own security (such as your screen lock and the operating system’s app sandboxing). We recommend keeping your device software up to date.
9. Your choices & control
- Delete any recording at any time from within the App.
- Revoke the microphone permission in your device’s system settings.
- Clear all stored data via Android Settings → Apps → Lullabies & Sounds → Storage.
- Uninstall the App to remove all of its data from your device.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
